Planning ahead to avoid headaches.

Many people believe that to truly enjoy life we must be spontaneous and while it can make things interesting, it can also make things difficult and costly.

Growing up my parents loved going to Mexico or to nearby cities and the majority of the time these trips were made the night or day before the actual trip, now I will accept that I have some pretty amazing memories. But, I also remember not having the right clothing for the weather or having to make a stop at the store for toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo or a bar of soap...

As you can probably guess at times we would waste money all because we lacked the ability to plan ahead. Well, now that I am older and I of course still love to travel, I try to be more pragmatic with my time and money. I mean by using what I already have could mean experiencing something new or trying an authentic meal in Greece, Paris or wherever else I am visiting. We don't always think about this but most of us have 9-5 jobs or for me 8 to 4, so that we can be able to enjoy the benefits of living our life and because of this we must think ahead. Using a planner can help not only save money but maximize your time to really make the most out of your trips. By using a planner you can create an itinerary and create a checklist of everything you will need to enjoy your trip. But the great thing about using your own planner is that you can make it custom and unique to you because you are not like everyone else. So what another person may have found fun and amazing could actually be a bore for you.

So I encourage you to check out our planners and take the time to create a unique and fun trip for yourself and loved ones. By thinking about what you want to do now, you can save yourself not only the headache of "where can I find my facial cleanser for my ultra sensitive skin" but money as well.

That life of adventure awaits but we have to be smart about where we spend our money and what we spend our money on.
